Tubbs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.

1. Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and have consented to allow any of your minor dependants to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

You may be asked to provide details such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping information. You warrant that all information provided is correct, current and complete.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, though colours or appearance may vary between devices.

All product descriptions, pricing and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at our discretion.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Tubbs Desserts Ltd may accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is accepted once we confirm and process payment.

Please review orders carefully before submitting. Cancellations may not be possible once accepted. Purchases are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.

Perishable goods: Because our products are frozen and liable to deteriorate rapidly, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply. Refunds are only available where items are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

All purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

4. Prices and Billing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is that shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment and account details and to update them as needed for fulfilment and communication.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). We may also offer PayPal, Klarna or Apple Pay at checkout. Payment providers process your data under their own privacy notices.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Someone must be home to receive the delivery and place the tubs in a freezer immediately. Orders left unattended or undeliverable because no one was home are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable once products have thawed.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brands, text, designs, images and other content on the Services are owned by Tubbs Desserts Ltd or its licensors and protected by UK and international law.

Tubbs®, Tubbs Desserts™ and the “U” logomark are trademarks of Tubbs Desserts Ltd. Shopify’s marks are the property of Shopify Inc. You may not reproduce or use any materials without written consent.

We may provide access to third-party tools or websites. These are provided “as is” without warranty or endorsement, and your use is entirely at your own risk. Please review any third-party policies before engaging with them.

Tubbs Desserts is powered by Shopify, but all sales and contracts are between you and Tubbs Desserts Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of these transactions.
